This is the 2008/09 NHL Montreal Canadiens Patch as they celebrate the teams 100th Anniversary during the 2008/09 Hockey Season.
It is fully embroidered, licensed by the National Hockey League and comes in a poly-bag with header card.
The patch measures 4" wide x 2 1/2" tall.
