This is one of 5 different Gumby Floatie pens from 1987. All are shown on this listing and this is the green pen with Gumby Holding Balloons on the top left part of this screen. When you click on the picture, a large image will appear so you can see it better. The pen itself measures approximate 6" tall and has the clip to hold it onto your shirt pocket. Within the floatie pen, Gumby rises and falls when you turn the pen upside and then right side up again.
We certainly lucked into finding these pens and all are in mint condition. At this time, am pretty sure the ink has run dry in these pens. You should be able to find a replacement ink cartridge at your local office supply store. When you unscrew the pen apart, pull the ink cartridge from the it's plastic holder, pop in a new cartridge and you're all set to write.
